Biplatrix Roll is a complete, ready-to-use splinting system. It consists of 10 to 15 layers of Plaster of Paris slab, covered on one side by polyurethane foam padding and inserted in tubular polypropylene stockinette. The application is fast and simple, helping less experienced staff to immobilize fractures safely and with less patient trauma. The quick application also helps staff during busy activity or any department where application of slab is single handed.
