The digital Littmann CORE stethoscope combines the tradition of Littmann stethoscopes with advanced digital auscultation technology. Thanks to active noise cancellation and amplification of up to 40 times, it is possible to hear even the faintest body sounds clearly, even in noisy environments. Data can be transmitted in real-time via Bluetooth to Android or iOS devices with the Eko application, and recordings can be stored and shared. With two diaphragms, the stethoscope is suitable for auscultation in patients of all ages, with a switch to switch between the amplified listening mode and the analog mode. The volume in the amplified mode can be adjusted on 7 levels.
