Lomatuell H vaseline gauze dressing

Ready-for-use tulle, impregnated with a hydrophobic neutral ointment base; does not stick to the wound; Lomatuell is a soothing dressing for surface wounds and burns; for dressings following skin grafts and dermatological indications; also postoperatively in plastic surgery.
The wide-meshed tulle promotes the drainage of discharge and ensures that the wound is well ventilated. The neutral ointment base provides the opportunity to apply additional, wound-specific medication.
